Please inform the operator as to which services you are seeking (Medical, Surgical, Cosmetic or Spa) and she can direct your call to the appropriate person. Due to the volume of calls coming into our office you may be connected with a voice mailbox. We apologize for this inconvenience and will do everything we can to return your call in a timely manner.
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible. All efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please arrive a few minutes early to provide us the necessary personal and insurance information before being evaluated.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Our office will call you 3 days in advance to remind you of your appointment. Please respond to the phone prompts to verify your intent to keep your appointment or notify us of your need to cancel. If our office left a message on your answering machine, please call us back to give us the same information. Thank you.
Health Insurance Plans
Our office participates with most health plans and we will assist you in determining coverage for medically necessary services.
The health plans we do participate with are:
Aetna, BCBS, Harrington, Cigna and Coventry: All Plans
Humana, Medicare and Tricare
For all other insurance plans please call our office.
There is a $30 fee for any letters written to an insurance company on your behalf. Please contact our office at (913) 541-3230 to find out if we accept your insurance.
Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.
Effective January 1, 2015, KCD will require a credit card to be on file to pay balances not paid by insurance and owed by the patient. Please bring a current credit card with you to the appointment.

Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered.
Payment for cosmetic and medically unnecessary services is due prior to or at the time service is rendered.
