For all other insurance plans please call our office.
There is a $30 fee for any letters written to an insurance company on your behalf. Please contact our office at (913) 541-3230 to find out if we accept your insurance.
Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances. You also have the option of paying office and surgical fees at the time of service and subsequently receiving your insurance reimbursement check directly from your insurance company.
